Tendering & Estimation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire tendering process from initial inquiry to final submission for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage a team of estimation engineers to ensure accurate cost calculations and timely bid submissions.
• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to determine overall project scope.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to provide competitive yet profitable bids.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the most competitive quotes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior tendering role within the UAE construction market.
• Deep understanding of Civil Infrastructure and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and large tender volumes.
