UAE Labour Law Compliant

This calculator follows the official UAE Labour Law guidelines for end-of-service benefits:

  • Less than 1 year: No gratuity payable, unless otherwise stated in employment contract
  • 1–5 years: 21 days of basic salary for each year of service
  • More than 5 years: 30 days of basic salary for each year of service after the first 5 years
  • Resignation: Full gratuity after 5 years, reduced before that
  • Termination: Full gratuity regardless of service period
  • Part-time employees: Pro-rated based on working hours
