About the Role

Our Own English High School – Sharjah (Girls) is seeking a dedicated and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join the school community from September 2025.

The successful candidate will bring a passion for early childhood education, strong subject knowledge, and a nurturing approach to inspire young learners at this vital stage of their development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BA/B.Sc degree with Montessori Training and B.Ed (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher
• Experience in the CBSE curriculum is preferred, but not essential
• Strong command of the English language
• ECCD qualifications are an added advantage

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage young learners
• In-depth subject and curriculum knowledge
• Creativity and enthusiasm in lesson delivery, both inside and outside the classroom

• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and parents
