We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage Free Zone operations and visa coordination for our growing Dubai team.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle company registration, license renewals, and Free Zone compliance
• Manage end-to-end visa processes (employment & dependent visas)
• Liaise with government authorities (GDRFA, MOHRE, ICP) and clients
• Ensure compliance and timely submissions to avoid penalties

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Free Zone & visa processing
• Proficient with GDRFA, MOHRE, and ICP portals
• Strong English communication; Chinese/Arabic is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Experience in client-facing roles preferred
