Key Responsibilities

The Activity Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Plan, organize, and manage school events, activities, and student clubs.
• Coordinate with staff, students, and external vendors for the smooth execution of events.
• Promote student participation and maintain accurate records of all activities.
• Ensure all activities and events align with the school's values and academic calendar.
• Support student talent development through various initiatives.
• Demonstrate creativity and energy to engage students across all age groups.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Management: Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
