EL&N – The most Instagrammable café in the world – is seeking a rockstar Barback to join our fun, fast-paced, and flavor-filled team in Abu Dhabi starting in December. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of our beverage service, ensuring our Baristas and servers have everything they need to create magic for our guests.

Core Responsibilities and Support Functions

• Operational Flow: Ensure the bar area operates with maximum efficiency by anticipating the needs of the Baristas and service team, especially during peak hours.
• Stock Management: Proactively monitor, restock, and organize all bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and consumables to prevent service interruptions.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain a continuously spotless and highly organized bar and surrounding work area, adhering strictly to EL&N's sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Preparation Support: Assist with basic preparation tasks as needed, helping to expedite the beverage service flow.
• Equipment Care: Ensure all bar equipment and tools are clean, properly stored, and in excellent working order.
• Teamwork: Act as a key supportive team player, contributing positive energy and helping all team members deliver exceptional service in line with EL&N’s vibrant brand ethos.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a coffee-related job or high-volume café/bar environment is essential.
• Pace & Organization: Proven ability to move fast, stay organized, and work efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
• Attitude: Must possess a positive attitude, strong teamwork ethic, and the ability to maintain good energy throughout a shift.
• Brand Fit (Preferred): Bonus points for candidates who genuinely love coffee, vibrant colors, and creativity—qualities that define the EL&N brand.
