Bartender

We are searching for a highly skilled and creative Bartender to manage and operate our bar service at JUN'S in Downtown Dubai. This position is crucial for preparing premium beverages, maintaining efficient bar operations, and providing engaging service to guests seated at the bar or ordering for the dining area.

Core Responsibilities and Service Standards

• Prepare, mix, and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mocktails following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all beverage stock, spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Manage the cleanliness, organization, and efficient setup of the entire bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Engage knowledgeably with guests, providing recommendations based on their preferences and menu pairings.
• Process payments accurately and responsibly manage cash floats.
• Handle equipment maintenance, including glassware, blenders, and dispensing units.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, premium, or fine-dining establishment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of classic and modern mixology, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Exceptional memory and multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills in English.
