Kids Club Attendant

Mi Leo The Palm is seeking an energetic, patient, and engaging Kids Club Attendant to manage and supervise activities for our younger guests at the resort's dedicated children's facility. This role is essential for ensuring children have a fun, safe, and enriching experience, allowing parents to fully enjoy the resort's amenities.

The successful candidate will be a positive role model with a genuine passion for childcare and recreational programming.

Core Responsibilities and Deliverables (Inferred)

• Activity Coordination: Plan, organize, and lead engaging, age-appropriate recreational activities, games, arts, and crafts for children of various ages.
• Safety & Supervision: Ensure the constant safety and well-being of all children within the Kids Club area, adhering strictly to resort safety and emergency protocols.
• Parent Communication: Communicate clearly and warmly with parents regarding their children's activities and any specific needs or incidents.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organized appearance of the Kids Club facility, equipment, and toys.
• Engagement: Create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment that encourages participation and creates memorable vacation moments for children.
