Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Bartender to join our team, dedicated to serving beverages to guests with the highest standards of service. This role is crucial for delivering a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the standards of a luxury hotel, driving sales, and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Service & Preparation:
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks accurately according to guest requests and standard recipes.
Actively use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase outlet revenue.
Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, offering advice and assistance based on your in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu.
Bar Operations & Setup:
Maintain the proper and adequate setup of the bar on a daily basis, ensuring the outlet is ready for seamless service.
Ensure proper organization, planning, and control of supplies.
Inventory & Control:
Be responsible for the daily inventory update.
Maintain concise records of all beverage stock to ensure required items are always available.
Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage of stock and supplies.
Quality & Efficiency:
Supervise the bar area to ensure a smooth operation, especially during high-volume periods.
