Commis Chefs

Royal Keita Catering is urgently hiring Commis Chefs to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires passion for food and teamwork, supporting the senior culinary staff in preparation and production.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs with mise en place and food preparation tasks.
• Ensure accurate portion control and adherence to standard recipes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned work station.
• Support the kitchen during service hours, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is required.
• Strong foundation in basic culinary techniques and food preparation.
