Job Description

The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing, documenting, and managing complex architectural models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This role requires expertise in design development, clash detection, and coordination with various engineering disciplines to produce highly accurate, constructible models and construction drawings.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Architect using software like Revit.
  • In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Strong ability to develop models from conceptual design through construction documentation (LOD 300/400).
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and collaborative workflows.
