Clearance Officer

Greenhouse Foodstuff Trading L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Clearance Officer to manage the critical customs clearance, documentation, and coordination processes for smooth import/export operations in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customs clearance, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities to ensure smooth import/export operations.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation for the clearance of foodstuff shipments (Bill of Entry, inspection documents, etc.).
• Liaise proactively with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials to resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all clearance activities and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experienced in UAE customs procedures is mandatory.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage import/export documentation for foodstuff or commercial goods.
