Commercial Manager

PRIMO CAPITAL is seeking a high-performing Commercial Manager to lead and optimize the commercial operations of our leading real estate company in Dubai. This role requires strategic leadership and a proven ability to achieve sales and commercial targets.

Job Description: The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial activities, driving sales performance, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key duties include setting and achieving sales targets, managing commercial agreements and contracts, strengthening client relationships, and providing strong leadership to the commercial team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience is required.
• Leadership & Track Record: Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record in managing commercial operations and achieving sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience within the real estate sector is highly desirable.
