Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and creative Commis I to specialize in the Cold Kitchen (Garde Manger). The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of all cold food items, including salads, appetizers, dressings, canapés, and display pieces, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and hygiene consistent with Fairmont's luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and portion cold appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and canapés according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen station.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in inventory control and minimizing waste.
