 fantastic opportunity for a passionate Commis I to join the resort's dedicated Pastry Kitchen. This role involves assisting in the production of all baked goods, desserts, breads, and confectionery for the resort’s restaurants and banquets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in measuring, mixing, and baking ingredients for pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
  • Decorate and plate dessert items according to resort standards.
  • Maintain stock levels of ingredients and ensure proper storage to minimize spoilage.
