Construction Manager

ALGHURAIR CEW is a leading contracting and engineering firm seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to oversee complex residential and villa projects in the UAE and GCC. This senior role demands exceptional leadership and deep technical knowledge.

Location: UAE / GCC Projects (as assigned)

Job Description: The Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, with a specific focus on large-scale residential and precast villa developments. You will lead the project teams, manage all site operations, ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules, and uphold the highest HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction management is required, specifically working on projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Specialized Experience: Proven experience in managing residential or compound precast villas (over 150 villas) is essential for this role.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth, practical knowledge of all construction processes, local building regulations, quality control standards, and advanced HSE standards.
• Skills: Exceptional project leadership, budget management, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), team motivation, and stakeholder communication.
