Welding Supervisor

We seek a certified and experienced Welding Supervisor to lead our welding team in Ajman. The Supervisor will be responsible for quality control, team management, and adherence to all relevant welding procedures and codes.

Requirements:

• Experience: UAE work experience is required, with significant time spent in a supervisory welding role. Immediate availability is preferred.
• Residency: Must have a UAE residence visa.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of various welding techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG, ARC) and material properties. Relevant certification (e.g., CSWIP, AWS) is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the welding team.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications (e.g., ASME, API).
• Develop and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and monitor Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards in the welding area.
