LIFE Medical Centre is seeking a skilled and professional Customer Service Executive to be the front-line representative for the clinic. The executive will ensure patient satisfaction by managing appointments, handling queries, and providing outstanding service in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments efficiently, including scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up.
  • Handle all patient queries, phone calls, and communication effectively and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Provide information regarding clinic services, procedures, and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are managed professionally.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is mandatory, with experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) are essential for interacting with diverse patients and staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or medical software for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage patient appointments and queries effectively and efficiently.
