Job Description

Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is seeking an Engineer with technical expertise in Facilities Management and the Hotel Industry. This role involves hands-on application of engineering principles to maintain and operate building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor building management systems (BMS) and critical utility operations.
  • Document maintenance activities and report status to senior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering – mechanical/electrical is required.
  • Experience in Facility Management (FM) & Hotel Industry is mandatory.
  • Strong technical expertise relevant to the role (MEP, HVAC, Chiller Plants, HSE, Soft Services, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a UAE resident.
  • Hands-on experience in the above roles is required.
