Job Description

Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is seeking a Facility Manager with strong experience in both Facilities Management (FM) and the Hotel Industry. This hands-on role involves overseeing all operational aspects of facility maintenance and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and maintain high operational standards for assets.
  • Manage budgets, service contracts, and coordinate external contractors.
  • Oversee the performance of all technical and soft services teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering – mechanical/electrical is required.
  • Experience in Facility Management (FM) & Hotel Industry is mandatory.
  • Strong technical expertise relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a UAE resident.
  • Hands-on experience in the above roles is required.
