Job Description

Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Draftsman who is an expert in AutoCAD. This role is essential for supporting our projects by creating precise drawings, managing documentation, and assisting with project estimations.

Essential Requirements and Skills

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of drafting experience is required, preferably within the GCC countries (Gulf Cooperation Council).
  • Drafting Proficiency: High proficiency in AutoCAD and specific experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drafting.
  • Technical Preparation: The ability to independently prepare various technical project documents, including:
  • Shop Drawings: Detailed plans for construction and fabrication.
  • BOQs (Bill of Quantities): Lists of materials and their costs.
  • Estimations: Calculating project costs.
  • Technical Documentation: General project paperwork and specifications.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent coordination skills and a high level of attention to detail are crucial.
  • Education: A Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.
