Factory Supervisor

BESTWAY FACADE CO. LLC is seeking a professional Factory Supervisor to oversee the production floor, ensuring all facade elements are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the required quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of factory fabricators and production staff.
• Ensure all production schedules and deadlines are met effectively.
• Oversee quality control procedures for all manufactured facade components (e.g., aluminum, glass).
• Maintain strict compliance with factory safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (5+ years) as a Factory Supervisor in a heavy fabrication or aluminum/glass manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and production management skills.
• Technical understanding of facade systems and manufacturing processes.
