Job Description

Bistro Des Arts is hiring a Head Chef with mandatory experience and a strong understanding of French Cuisine and Culture. This leadership role oversees all kitchen operations, ensuring culinary standards, quality control, and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring authenticity and quality of French cuisine.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the culinary team to maintain high performance and hygiene standards.
  • Control food costs, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role (Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef) is required.
  • A strong understanding of French cuisine and culture is mandatory.
  • Culinary Arts qualification is essential.
