Chez Wam, a refined yet vibrant dining destination at the luxurious St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, is seeking a dynamic and highly passionate Head Hostess. This key leadership role is the heart of our Front-of-House operation, crucial for setting the sophisticated tone and ensuring an exceptional first and last impression for every guest.

You will lead the Hostess team, masterfully coordinating reservations, managing the complex flow of the dining floor, and embodying the natural sense of welcome that defines our brand.

Core Responsibilities and Leadership

• Team Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and mentor the Hostess team, ensuring the highest standards of grooming, professionalism, and guest interaction are maintained at all times.
• Reservation & Seating Management: Expertly manage all reservation systems, optimizing table allocations, handling complex requests, and coordinating floor seating flow to maximize capacity and enhance the guest experience.
• Guest Relations: Act as the main point of contact for guests upon arrival and departure, resolving any seating or reservation issues with grace and efficiency.
• Atmosphere Setter: Set a refined yet vibrant tone for the dining experience, ensuring a warm, personalized, and memorable welcome.
• Communication Hub: Maintain seamless and clear communication between the FOH management, service staff, and the kitchen team regarding reservations, capacity, and service timing.
• Standard Compliance: Ensure all FOH procedures, guest details, and communication standards align with the luxury expectations of St. Regis Gardens and Chez Wam.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a Head Hostess, Senior Hostess, or Guest Relations role is required. Experience in a fine-dining, luxury-lifestyle, or 5-star hotel/resort environment is highly preferred.
• Passion: A genuine passion for hospitality, a natural sense of warmth, and a strong commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Location Awareness: Familiarity with the luxury hospitality market in Dubai, particularly the Palm Jumeirah area, is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent verbal English is required. Proficiency in French or Arabic will be a significant advantage in serving our diverse clientele.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, especially under high-pressure service periods.
