Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Group Chief Human Resources Officer (GCHRO) and help drive smooth operations across the HR & Administration department. This key role involves coordinating departmental projects, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and acting as a central point of contact for the GCHRO with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating departmental projects and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Managing executive calendars and handling high-volume correspondence.
  • Serving as a reliable first point of contact for executive offices.
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting using strong analytical skills.
  • Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • At least five years of experience in office management or administrative coordination
  • Skilled in managing executive calendars and high-volume correspondence
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
