Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team and support day-to-day HR operations in Sajja, Sharjah. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people and processes and eager to grow their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in comprehensive recruitment activities (job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews).
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth documentation and orientation for new hires.
  • Coordinate closely with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage all employee leave records and ensure HR databases are accurate and updated.
  • Provide payroll assistance by ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
  • Support general HR operations, including employee file management, addressing staff queries, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (UAE experience preferred)
  • Recruitment Coordination
  • PRO Coordination / Visa Processing Support
  • Employee Onboarding and Documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
