We are seeking a dedicated Admin & Operations Assistant to support our daily operations, client communication, and events in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining our organization, professionalism, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and manage data in Excel sheets.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and general client inquiries.
  • Provide essential assistance in the planning and execution of company events & activities.
