Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support payroll processing and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
