Job Description

We are hiring an HR Coordinator to join our team at a well-established educational institution in Academic City, Dubai. The role supports the HR department in day-to-day operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks and maintaining staff records.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Handle staff inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR role within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is mandatory.
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred.
