HR Manager

JLX International is hiring an HR Manager to oversee the entire Human Resources function. This senior role requires extensive experience in the full HR cycle, compliance, and UAE labor law.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full HR cycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and separation processes.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and execution.
• Manage employee documentation, policy implementation, and staff welfare.

Requirements:

• 8+ years HR experience is mandatory.
• Full HR cycle, compliance, and recruitment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law is mandatory.
