Job Description: The HR Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles within the company, with a core focus on the real estate sector. Key duties include managing candidate pipelines, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting effective interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hiring.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the Dubai real estate industry is required.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in Arabic, Russian, and English.
  • Technical: Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Availability: Must be available for immediate joining.
