Job Description

Sobha Furniture is seeking a motivated and talented Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real-world, fast-paced corporate setting within a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation accurately.
  • Support the administration of company policies and procedures.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform general administrative duties for the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Education: Candidates must possess or be currently pursuing an MBA or Post Graduate (PG) degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Suitable for Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of HR principles.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
