Junior HR Executive

MILEO THE PALM is looking for a proactive and organized Junior HR Executive to join our growing team on the Palm Jumeirah. This role provides essential support to the HR department in daily operations, focusing on recruitment, administration, and employee support within the luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities (Inferred for a Junior HR Executive in Hospitality):

• Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate correspondence.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and records.
• Support the HR Manager with onboarding new colleagues and conducting basic induction programs.
• Process employee documentation, internal memos, and prepare basic HR reports.
• Handle general staff inquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring effective internal communication.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (1-3 years) in an HR or administrative role is preferred, ideally within the hospitality or luxury service sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
