Lab Technician

?Key Requirements & Qualifications

?Experience: A minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience working within the UAE is required.

?License: DHA Eligibility (Dubai Health Authority) or DHA License is mandatory for this role.

?Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

?Job Summary & Responsibilities (Expected)

?The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of complex and routine laboratory tests, providing accurate results to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

?Perform and analyze tests in various laboratory sections (e.g., Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology) following established procedures and protocols.

?Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

?Ensure the highest standards of quality control (QC) and participate in quality assurance (QA) programs.

?Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests performed, results, and quality control data.

?Manage laboratory inventory and assist in ordering supplies.

?Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety regulations, policies, and health standards.
