The Role: Impact and Responsibilities

As a key ambassador for our principal's products, you will be responsible for territory management and driving prescription growth through expert engagement.

  • Strategic Product Promotion: Expertly promote and present a specialized portfolio of pharmaceutical products to a network of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including consultants, specialists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) across the UAE.
  • Relationship Architect: Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term professional relationships with critical healthcare stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted and knowledgeable partner.
  • Medical Education: Plan and execute impactful medical education sessions, delivering accurate, scientific product information and clinical data to drive appropriate prescribing behavior.
  • Territory Performance: Take full ownership of the assigned territory, consistently achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Proactively track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate proven success and technical expertise:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related Life Science field is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable, target-achieving experience in pharmaceutical sales within the UAE market.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and have immediate access to a reliable vehicle for full-time business travel.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional command of communication, presentation, and high-level negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working autonomously to manage a complex territory.
