This vital role involves providing a range of therapeutic and relaxing treatments, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional, personalized spa journey that reflects the resort's high standards of luxury and care.

Core Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Treatment Execution: Perform a variety of body treatments, massages (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), and other spa services with professionalism and expertise.
• Guest Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with guests to assess their needs, discuss any contraindications, and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and serene ambiance of the treatment rooms, ensuring all linens and equipment meet strict hygiene standards.
• Product Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of the spa's product lines, effectively advising guests on retail purchases for home care.
• Service Excellence: Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for all guests, adhering to the resort's luxury service protocols.
