This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of endorsements related to medical insurance policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing policy changes, updates, and renewals, while maintaining high standards of data integrity and customer service. ?Key Responsibilities:

?Process and manage all medical policy endorsements, including additions, deletions, cancellations, and changes to coverage details.

?Ensure all endorsement documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

?Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Underwriting) and external parties to resolve policy discrepancies and execute changes promptly.

?Maintain and update policy records accurately in the company's database and relevant systems.

?Assist in the preparation of renewal documents and ensure timely completion of renewal endorsements.

?Address queries from clients or brokers regarding policy endorsements and changes in a professional and timely manner.

?Requirements & Qualifications

?Education & Experience:

?Bachelor's Degree (Essential)

?0-1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably within the insurance, healthcare, or administrative sectors (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

?Skills & Knowledge:

?Basic knowledge of medical or insurance terms is a plus (Desirable).

?Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Essential).

?Specifically: Strong competency in MS Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.

?Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.

?Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

?Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence with team members and external contacts.

?High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.

?Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
