Job Description

Spectrum Cube Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated MEP HVAC Site Engineer to manage and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems on project sites across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of all HVAC equipment and ducting, ensuring work adheres to specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct quality inspections (QA/QC) of installed systems and prepare necessary reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the main project team regarding HVAC progress and technical queries.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5-7 years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC site execution.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, and site execution procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and relocate to any allocated Emirate in the UAE.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
