Primary Supervisor

Job Description:

Excellence Global School is hiring a Primary Supervisor to oversee the teaching and learning process in the primary section. The role requires academic leadership, teacher supervision, and curriculum planning to ensure students achieve high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support primary teachers in lesson delivery and assessment.

Implement and monitor British/International Curriculum across grades.

Organize training and professional development for primary staff.

Evaluate teaching methods and suggest improvements.

Maintain student discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.

Collaborate with parents and school management for student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a primary school setting.

Strong knowledge of British/International Curriculum.

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

Native English Speaker preferred.
