Vice Principal

Job Description:

Excellence Global School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will support the Principal in ensuring academic excellence, maintaining discipline, and driving school improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in overseeing daily school operations.

Lead academic planning and curriculum development aligned with British/International standards.

Supervise teachers and staff, providing mentoring and performance evaluations.

Maintain high standards of discipline, student welfare, and pastoral care.

Support extracurricular activities, parent engagement, and community relations.

Ensure compliance with UAE education regulations and school policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field.

Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role (Assistant/Vice Principal, Head of Department, or similar).

Experience with British/International Curriculum.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Native English Speaker preferred.
