Job Description

The Project Control Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective project controls, including planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk analysis, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project's overall Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and integrated master schedule.
  • Implement and monitor cost control systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management (EVM).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and variance analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and deviations.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports for management and stakeholders.

Expected Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management; PMP or RMP certification is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Planning and Control on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Expert proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
