Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Hospitality: Be the face of Autoplus, greeting and assisting all visitors and clients, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Call Management: Professionally answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls using the telephone switchboard system.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive clerical support, including mailing, scanning, copying, organizing front desk files, and coordinating with other departments for office tasks.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment and meeting room bookings, and maintain up-to-date schedules for the facility.
  • Customer Service: Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and employees.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain visitor logs and strictly follow all security protocols for the front office area.
  • Operational Support: Assist with practical tasks related to the automotive environment, such as supporting vehicle parking, coordinating cleaning activities, moving cars within the workshop or showroom, and running ad-hoc errands as requested by the supervisor.
