Job Description

We are urgently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Assistant Nurses (AN) to join our homecare team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, making a significant difference in their recovery and daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care based on established care plans and medical directives.
  • Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and family members on health management and care techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and hygiene standards within the home environment.

Requirements & Skills

  • License: Must possess a valid, active healthcare license (MOH, DHA, or HAAD).
  • Experience: Previous experience in home healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
  • Commitment: Immediate joining ability is required.
  • Qualities: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
