Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Female Spa Therapist committed to delivering the highest standards of treatments, client care, and cleanliness within a luxury five-star hotel spa. This role is responsible not only for providing exceptional service but also for revenue generation through retail sales, upselling, and cross-sales across the spa's business centers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service & Sales

  • Treatment Excellence: Maintain a consistently high standard of treatment and service, ensuring punctuality and being fully prepared in advance of every session.
  • Revenue Generation: Actively promote and sell the services of the Spa and work to maximize all sales potential to achieve set sales targets.
  • Aftercare & Retention: Ensure comprehensive aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking them directly to client concerns and offering to prepare products for purchase.
  • Client Loyalty: Encourage repeat business by recommending personalized ongoing treatment programs.
  • Knowledge: Maintain sound, up-to-date knowledge of all treatments, packages, and current promotions.

2. Operations & Hygiene

  • Cleanliness & Stock: Be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas. Maintain product stock at the correct levels, following established standards.
  • Equipment Management: Be responsible for equipment and products, and promptly report any equipment failures or maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department.
  • Procedures: Ensure that all operational procedures are carried out in the prescribed manner and that daily sales figures are accurately recorded.

3. Teamwork & Professionalism

  • Grooming: Maintain the highest standard of personal appearance and hygiene as per the hotel’s grooming standards at all times.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and accountable for all actions. Assist in other areas of the hotel as and when required, and cover reception duties when necessary.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues across all departments.
