Job Description

Vincture Capital, a rapidly expanding firm in the financial and investment services sector based in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive. This is a prime opportunity for a persuasive professional to thrive in a target-driven environment, focusing on generating high-quality leads and converting prospective clients into long-term investment partners.

The successful candidate will be the voice of Vincture Capital, engaging with prospects to introduce and promote our innovative capital market and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Consultative Sales: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, clearly communicating the value proposition of Vincture Capital’s diverse investment services.
  • Lead Conversion: Employ strong persuasive and negotiation techniques to effectively convert qualified leads into active, onboarded clients, achieving set sales targets.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Establish and maintain robust follow-up cycles to nurture prospects and build the foundation for long-term customer partnerships and portfolio growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Documentation & CRM: Accurately update and manage all client interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses within the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Client Onboarding: Provide clear, comprehensive product information and guide clients smoothly through the necessary onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Senior Sales and Operations teams to strategize and optimize sales funnels and achieve overarching business objectives.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrable experience in Telesales or Telemarketing.
  • Industry Preference: Prior experience within Trading, Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Investment Products is highly preferred.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional articulation, strong listening skills, and proven persuasive/convincing abilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional key regional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a significant advantage.
  • Tech Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and MS Office Suite.
  • Mindset: Must be highly self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a proactive, energetic approach to sales.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
