Megapolis Real Estate is looking for a driven, confident, and experienced Telesales Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a background in the Real Estate sector who is ready to take leads and convert them into successful property deals. ?Key Responsibilities (Inferred)

?Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively call potential clients (leads) provided by the company to introduce real estate opportunities and secure appointments.

?Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

?Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of all properties, projects, and market trends in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

?Client Relationship: Build and maintain rapport with clients over the phone to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.

?Reporting: Document all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the company's CRM system accurately.

?Requirements

?Experience: Previous, relevant experience as a Telesales Specialist, specifically within the Real Estate industry is required.

?Skills: Highly confident and motivated with excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.

?Commitment: Ready to handle a high volume of calls and turn leads into closed deals.
