The Waiter & Waitress roles are the face of our catering service, responsible for providing prompt, gracious, and efficient service to all guests. This role requires energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences during events and daily service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering detailed knowledge of all food and beverage items.
- Take accurate orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, anticipating guest needs throughout the meal.
- Process payments and ensure proper closing procedures are followed.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for various catering events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or catering setting.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work standing for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
