Welder

TAMAS Projects is looking for certified and experienced Welders for structural and utility fabrication requirements on our major infrastructure sites in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Your work will involve creating robust, high-quality welds critical to the integrity of steel structures and large-diameter pipe connections.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of recent work experience in the GCC region is mandatory.
• Certification: Relevant welding certifications (e.g., 3G/4G, TIG/MIG/SMAW) are highly desirable.
• Skill Set: Proven ability to perform consistent, high-quality welds on steel materials. Experience with structural supports or pipe welding is a strong asset.
• Physicality: Must be physically fit and willing to work extended hours outdoors in a construction site environment, including under direct sun.
• Visa: Visa is provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret welding procedure specifications (WPS) and engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate welding equipment for fabrication and on-site repairs.
• Weld components using electric arc, gas, or other welding processes.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws and defects.
