Felicita is looking for an experienced Senior Waiter or Waitress to join our professional front-of-house team. This leadership role requires a high level of service expertise and the ability to mentor junior staff while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

• Service Excellence:
• Provide sophisticated table service, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials.
• Handle complex guest requests, special dietary needs, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Team Support:
• Mentor and guide Junior Waiters/Waitresses and other service staff.
• Oversee the smooth operation of the assigned section, ensuring fast and accurate service flow.
• Operational Standards:
• Responsible for proper table setting, service presentation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
• Experience:
• Requires proven experience, indicative of a 3-5 year professional track record in a comparable dining setting.
