You are the primary storyteller and service provider for Knot Bakehouse. Your role is to guide guests through our menu, providing a sophisticated and warm dining experience that encourages repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Menu Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all bakery items, main courses, and ingredients to provide expert recommendations and answer dietary questions.
- Guest Journey Management: Manage the entire guest experience from greeting and seating to order taking, service, and final payment.
- Sales Excellence: Proactively suggest appetizers, beverages, and desserts to enhance the guest meal and increase the average order value.
- POS Proficiency: Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle cash/card payments with precision and honesty.
- Service Standards: Adhere to "Knot Bakehouse" service protocols, including specific greeting styles, pouring techniques, and table settings.
- Feedback Collection: Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and professionally handle any issues that arise.
Requirements & Skills:
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and a warm, inviting personality.
- Previous experience in a high-end cafe or casual-premium restaurant.
- Excellent verbal English; ability to explain complex flavors and ingredients.
